We are seeking FT and PT Customer Service Representatives to join our team at the Grand Canyon. We are based in the National Geographic Visitors Center in Tusayan and educate people from all over the world about our various tour products, and assist them with booking their adventure.
Responsibilities include helping visitors with questions, educating and selling of Jeep tours, booking reservations, coordinating tour logistics, assisting customers and Tour Guides with tour preparation and Jeep loading, and other administrative tasks.

• Excellent customer service and/or sales skills
• Strong computer skills including proficient data entry skills, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail
• Must work well in a team environment
Positions start in February and April. We have seasonal opportunities typically lasting up to 6 months, and some year-round positions. Company housing is available on a PT or FT basis. Round trip commuter van transportation available along route between Flagstaff and Tusayan.
